REFUND POLICY

You may return a product unused for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

If the product develops a manufacturing fault you may return it within 12 months for a replacement or 30 days for a refund, any faulty items received out of the 30 days, only a replacement will be offered. 

Straps and buckles are not included under warranty.

You do have the right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days of receiving it. Making contact on the 30th day does not count, the item must be returned to us on or before the 30th day.

Please ensure the customer service team is contacted before any return is made so this can be logged on your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@four.fit and send your item to your local head office. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable item.

Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be sent by post/courier service. Hand delivered returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND YOUR DEVICE IS CHECKED IT IS IN FULL WORKING CONDITION WITHIN 28 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY UNSUITABLE ITEM OR FAULTS REPORTED AND RETURNED AFTER THIS TIME-FRAME WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
