REFUND POLICY

We are offering a temporary extension of our return window.

You may return your product unused and as new for a refund within 45 days of purchase. Once received we will process a full refund within 14 working days.

If the product develops a manufacturing fault you may return it within 12 months for a replacement, any faulty items reported out of the 45 days, we the company will repair or replace the device. 

 Straps and buckles are not included under warranty.

(ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED THEY ARE IN FULLY WORING ORDER WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANY ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 45 DAYS WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND ONLY A REPLACEMENT).

Refunds (if applicable)
Please ensure the customer service team is contacted before any return is made so this can be logged on your account.

No refunds will be issued for orders older than 6 months. Only replacements will be offered and issued until the end of the 12 warranty period.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received at our returns centre.

If you haven’t received a refund after this time, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@four.fit and send your item to your local head office. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable item e.g size/fit/colour. All returns as the responsibility of the customer until they arrive with us.

Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be sent by post/courier service. Hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
