We have recently made changes to our returns policy: The following will be continuously reviewed and may change depending on Government updates.

If you purchased your FourFit on or after 16th March 2020 and it is not suitable, you may return this product unused and as new for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

If the product develops a manufacturing fault you may return it within 12 months for a replacement, any faulty items reported out of the 30 days, we the company will need to be given the opportunity to repair or replace the device. 

 Straps and buckles are not included under warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please ensure the customer service team is contacted before any return is made so this can be logged on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to your local head office. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your unwanted or unsuitable item. All returns as the responsibility of the customer until they arrive with us.

Original express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original express shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be sent by post/courier service. Hand delivered returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
